Regardless of your order amount we charge just $5.95 for our standard shipping. Standard shipping orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. We will choose the best and most economical delivery method for your order. For faster delivery UPS AIR shipping options are available at checkout for an additional charge. Most orders will ship the next business day from San Diego, California. Please keep in mind that deliveries to the East Coast can take up to 7 business days. If you need your order by a specific day you should call the store at (619) 231-2585 between 10AM and 9PM Pacific or email us via the Contact Us page and confirm that we can meet your deadline before placing your order.
Through our website we only offer shipping within the United States. We can however ship internationally on a case-by-case basis. Typically international shipping starts at $80 and up. If you would like to inquire about international delivery please email us via the Contact Us page.
California sales tax of 8% will be added to all orders shipping to an address in California. You will not be charged any tax if we are shipping your order outside of California.
After you place your order you will receive an email confirmation of your order. If you don’t, please check your spam. If for some reason you didn’t receive a confirmation please email us via the Contact Us page. You will also receive an email when your order ships with a tracking number

All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Once we receive the item a refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. If the item is defective or shipped incorrectly we will email you a UPS return label at our expense. You will need to hand the package to a UPS driver or UPS store. If you don’t like the product you can return it to our store location or ship it back to us at your expense.
